Pricemart.pk is run by Pricemart Technologies, Lahore, Pakistan (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What Pricemart.pk is

Pricemart.pk compares prices of mobile phones sold by online stores in Pakistan. We don’t sell phones and we aren’t a party to any purchase. When you buy, your contract is with the store, and the store is responsible for the price, stock, delivery, warranty, returns and the phone’s PTA status.

Prices and information

• Prices, stock, specifications and pictures are collected from stores and brands and are shown for information only. We work to keep them correct and up to date (see how we collect prices), but they can be out of date or wrong.
• Always check the price and details on the store’s page before you buy.
• Price history and “lowest ever” prices reflect what we recorded, not every price a store ever charged.

Store links

“Go to store” buttons take you to other websites that we don’t control. Some may be affiliate links that earn us a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. Linking to a store isn’t a recommendation of that store.

Price alerts

Price alerts are a free service, sent by email when we see a price at or below your target. We can’t guarantee an alert will arrive or that the price will still be available when you read it.

Using the site

• Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don’t copy large parts of the site, collect its data automatically, overload it, or try to get into parts that aren’t public, without our written permission.
• The Pricemart.pk name, logo and design belong to Pricemart Technologies. Phone names, brand names, store names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products and stores.

Responsibility

The site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from relying on information on the site, from a store’s products or services, or from the site being unavailable.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
